Ukrainian War Animals Relief Fund
We thought we’d post this information on the Ukrainian War Animals Relief Fund. We have donated $315 to the cause.
ABANDONED UKRAINIAN ANIMALS ARE IN DIRE NEED OF FOOD AND MEDICATION
Nearly seven million people have fled Ukraine since the Russian invasion of Ukraine in February 2022. At least 30% of Ukrainians were forced to leave behind their pets, which results in millions of domesticated animals without homes. Currently, these animals are wandering the streets of Ukraine alone, without food, and vulnerable to bomb and missile attacks.
The Ukrainian War Animals Relief Fund is helping. As many local and international animal nonprofits abandon Ukrainian animals due to the human risk of warfare, ARF delivers medicine, supplies, and food to shelters. They also rescue abandoned animals left in dangerous situations, because they firmly believe no animals deserves to be left behind.
