Three Canadians Win at the 2024 Lush Prize Awards in London, UK

The LUSH Prizes celebrate people from around the world who are leading the way in scientific, campaign and political work to end animal testing and replace it with humane and biologically relevant 21st century research. We are pleased to share that one of the scientific advisors for our sister organization, Progressive Non-Animal Research Society, Zheng Tan, MD, PhD, has won the 2024 LUSH Prize Award in the young researcher category. As well, our friend Liz White of the Animal Alliance Party of Canada has won the Andrew Tyler Award for outstanding contributions towards ending animal testing. Former Minister of Health, Jean-Yves Duclos has won in the political category for Canada’s ban on the animal testing of cosmetics. Videos about each are below. Our thanks to everyone who was nominated for their excellent work!
