| Dear friends, Register now for the Lush Prize 2022 Conference Free registration is now open for the Lush Prize 2022 Conference, being held online over 9 and 10 November. To mark our tenth anniversary, our theme this year is: The journey to ending animal testing: Ten years of the Lush Prize … what progress has been made? Our panels will be exploring what has been achieved over the past decade to end the use of animals in research and testing and what needs to happen over the next ten years. You can register via our website and more information will be available there once we have confirmed speakers. |

| The Lush Prize Judging Panel recently met to select the winning projects for the £250,000 prize fund. The independent panel came together from across Europe, Brazil, USA, Canada and Nepal. We will be announcing all winners at the online Awards Ceremony on 18 November. Look out for more information and how to register. Well done to everyone who was shortlisted. |

| Thanks to everyone who gave their support to the European Citizens’ Initiative to Save Cruelty-Free Cosmetics. Over 1.4 million people called for the EU to strengthen and protect the bans on cosmetics testing on animals.We will keep you informed of the progress of this initiative. |
