Update on Feral Cats at College of the Rocky Mountains: Success! The Cats Will Stay on Campus
We are very pleased to provide this update sent to us via the original petition on change.org that we shared regarding the feral cat colony at the College of the Rocky Mountains. The update was sent today, March 27, 2023:
EKCARES met with COTR President, Paul and Director of Facilities, Alan.
There has been positive resolution!
The college cats will be staying on campus.
EKCARES be working over the next several months with the college to construct a new feed and shelter area on the college campus that is mutually agreed to.
The current cat shelters and feed station will not be dismantled until the cats are relocated to their new location on the campus. So the cats are safe!
